List the details attorneys need to commit
Busy professionals register when logistics are clear. Place date, venue, arrival time, start format, cost and what is included in a visible block near the top. Add dress expectations, cancellation terms and a contact for questions. In the worked example, the page lists check-in at ten, shotgun at eleven, lunch and cart included, a per-player fee, and a deadline two weeks ahead for pairing requests. If continuing legal education credit or sponsorship is offered, check the rules with the relevant body first and describe it carefully rather than assuming approval.

Build registration, follow-up and a record
Give visitors one obvious action: register a foursome or an individual to be paired. Ask only for name, firm, email, handicap range and dietary needs. Then plan the follow-up: a confirmation message, a reminder with weather and parking notes, and a thank-you with photos afterward. In the worked example, the firm sends the reminder three days before, tracks attendance against its invite list and keeps a short note on what guests enjoyed.
